When you drive into the centre turn left and follow it round behind the bungalow. The strength & condition room is then at the top of the car park. \nPlease note\, our car park is controlled by Parking Eye all users must enter their full car registration number on the terminal inside the strength & condition room on arrival (or at reception when using other centre facilities) This will give you 2 hours of parking from the moment you entered the car park. Failure to enter the correct registration may result in a parking charge notice.

The focus is on moving well\, getting stronger\, and celebrating what your body can do. \n  \n– \nThe strength & conditioning room is in the far lefthand side of the car park. When you drive into the centre turn left and follow it round behind the bungalow. The strength & condition room is then at the top of the car park. \nPlease note\, our car park is controlled by Parking Eye all users must enter their full car registration number on the terminal inside the strength & condition room on arrival (or at reception when using other centre facilities) This will give you 2 hours of parking from the moment you entered the car park. Failure to enter the correct registration may result in a parking charge notice.
