When you drive into the centre turn left and follow it round behind the bungalow. The strength & condition room is then at the top of the car park. \nPlease note\, our car park is controlled by Parking Eye all users must enter their full car registration number on the terminal inside the strength & condition room on arrival (or at reception when using other centre facilities) This will give you 2 hours of parking from the moment you entered the car park. Failure to enter the correct registration may result in a parking charge notice.

Handstands are a great way to explore balance\, control\, and trust in your body – no gymnastics experience required! \n  \n‘Introduction to Hand Balancing & Handstands’ is a beginner-friendly\, skill-building session designed to help you develop strength\, body awareness\, and confidence on your hands. \nYou can expect a relaxed\, supportive environment with space to explore at your own pace. You’ll come away with practical drills\, alignment cues\, and a clearer sense of how to build a solid foundation for hand balancing\, whether you’re trying it for the first time or looking to refine your form. \n  \nIf you’ve never tried anything like it before\, that’s completely fine. As long as you’re comfortable weight-bearing through your hands (in a down dog or planking position)\, there’ll be plenty to explore in this session.
