When you drive into the centre turn left and follow it round behind the bungalow. The strength & condition room is then at the top of the car park. \nPlease note\, our car park is controlled by Parking Eye all users must enter their full car registration number on the terminal inside the strength & condition room on arrival (or at reception when using other centre facilities) This will give you 2 hours of parking from the moment you entered the car park. DESCRIPTION:We hope to create a yoga community for trans+ folks to enjoy group practice and connect with others. We will lead a 50-60 minute movement and meditation practice\, followed by the option to stay for 20-30 minutes of tea and conversation in community. Our classes will focus on finding some time for you\, away from judgement or comparisons. We invite you to take some time to notice how you feel and move in ways that feel right for you\, with options to connect with your breath. We encourage choice in your practice and there are never any expectations on how you practice that day. \nThe classes are open to all levels of experience and will be run by various members of our teaching team\, usually with one lead teacher and one supporting teacher. Group size will be up to 8 people\, plus 2 teachers. Please arrive at 19:15 rather than earlier as we do not have access to the room before this time. \nIf you are practicing without a chair you should be able to get yourself up and down from the floor\, otherwise we suggest using a chair (this can be used for some or all of your practice). Please let us know in advance if you would like to practice on a chair so the teacher can be prepared.
