Misfits Lift Club: Canterbury

Our Lift club in Canterbury is for anyone who wants to get stronger, whether you’re new to lifting or already a regular in the gym. We’ll cover the fundamentals of strength training, from proper form to safe technique, and explore how functional strength can boost your performance both in the gym and outside of it.
Expect a supportive, inclusive environment where beginners can build confidence and gym goers can refine their skills, push further, and discover new ways to move. The focus is on moving well, getting stronger, and celebrating what your body can do.

The strength & conditioning room is in the far lefthand side of the car park. When you drive into the centre turn left and follow it round behind the bungalow. The strength & condition room is then at the top of the car park.
Please note, our car park is controlled by Parking Eye all users must enter their full car registration number on the terminal inside the strength & condition room on arrival (or at reception when using other centre facilities) This will give you 2 hours of parking from the moment you entered the car park. Failure to enter the correct registration may result in a parking charge notice.
