Misfits strength & conditioning class: Bristol

Strength circuit is a full-body workout that balances compound movements (e.g., Squats, deadlifts, bench presses), mobility drills, and aerobic training. These sessions are built around having fun and learning to move your body in ways that make you feel strong and confident. Everyone is welcome, from newbies to experienced folk, with any exercise being adaptable to suit your needs/experience.
