Jake Graf and Hannah Graf MBE are one of the UK’s most visible transgender families. Marrying in 2018, they soon welcomed their two daughters into the world via surrogacy, documenting their journey in the hit Channel 4 documentary, ‘Our Baby: A Modern Miracle.’ The couple’s autobiography ‘Becoming Us’ was published by Hodder Books in 2023. Jake and Hannah speak internationally on trans rights and visibility, queer parenting and the importance of LGBTQIA+ visibility. They are patrons of the Mermaids charity and The Albert Kennedy Trust.
Separately, Jake is a multi award winning director, writer and actor based in London known for his roles in ’The Danish Girl’ and ‘Colette’ and for viral hit ‘Headspace’. Through his work he aims to elicit acceptance and understanding via the medium of cinema and his first 9 films have screened at over 130 festivals worldwide. All are used as educational tools in universities, schools, prisons and media events internationally.
Hannah is a retired Captain of the British Army. She commissioned in 2010 and since that time has commanded soldiers across the world including in Germany, Canada, Kenya and Afghanistan. Currently she works for HSBC, combatting financial crime.
Hannah’s work in diversity has won her several accolades including Cosmopolitan Woman of the Year, an honorary fellowship from Cardiff University and in June 2019, an MBE for her work updating LGBTQ policy in the British Army. Hannah is also an ambassador for LGBTQ Sport in Wales.

Cara Melle is a star of Rupaul’s Drag Race Season 5 and well known drag legend in the UK. She is a trans icon and international goddess, hailing from Atlanta, GA. Renowned originally for her performances as Beyoncé, now star of the new queer horror cult classic film “Slay” directed by Jem Garrad.

Starting his career with a bang at the age of 18, playing to thousands every week for Rusty Egan at The Lyceum, Fat Tony has had his say in paving the way for London’s current music scene. Early on he won over residencies at the legendary Turnmills for Trade, Ministry Of Sound, Wag Club and Egg to name a few. He became the head of programming for the iconic West End nightclub, Limelight. He quickly made his mark internationally, holding a weekly show in New York at the Palladium for Steve Rubell during the height of Paradise Garage. He’s also graced the main floor of Privilege Ibiza, Space, Amnesia & DC10, alongside Boy George, Carl Cox, and Andy Weatherall among many other now-musical icons.
Fat Tony was signed to Defected in 2019. In 2022 he completed a residency at Hï Ibiza, holds a residency at Ministry of Sound and is collaborating with LWE on London-centric headline shows. Tony has recently added working with Miley Cyrus, Madonna and his own personal idol Mary J Blige, not to mention one of his proudest moments, working with Lady Fag on the Vienna Life Ball 2017. He continues to work with the legendary New Yorker.
In 2022, he published his memoirs “I Don’t Take Requests” with Hodder & Stoughton. The book quickly became a Sunday Times Bestseller and remained in the Amazon top 100 charts for over 4 months.
Over the years, Fat Tony has built relationships the world over, not only extending to clubs and fashion houses. His dedication towards creating a platform for queer people in particular, has seen a longterm partnership with adidas London as one of their core LGBTQ+ representatives. He has also created successful activations with Equinox Gyms, ABSOLUT and Kiehl’s to name a few. With an evergrowing platform, he continues to explore collaborations that are not only in line with his ethos, but also impact others positively.

Bimini is a new cultural icon. First finding global fame as the break-out star of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK they have dominated press and social media ever since with their innate sense of style and fashion.
A drag artist, DJ, author, model and musician signed to Relentless/Sony, music is Bimini’s first love. Their debut single, rowdy pop song ‘God Save This Queen’, has had over 1.4 million streams on Spotify. In 2023 they performed stand out sets at both Glastonbury & NYC Downlow, and have performed at numerous major music festivals including Download, Standon Calling, Dublin Pride, Brighton Pride and Manchester Pride. Bimini has also supported both Muna and Self Esteem, and played their own headline London show at Electrowerkz.
