Misfits Aerial Allsorts for Complete Beginners: Portsmouth

A 6 week programme for newbies to aerial, this course will take you from being a complete novice to feeling confident in your core fundamentals ready to take on the aerial world.
You will get to try a variety of different aerial apparatuses: Aerial Hoop & Aerial Sling.
This course is designed to ensure you progress safely and effectively week.
Although you’ll all be learning as a group covering the same course, this course consists of variations and progressions as we know not all one size fits all!
This course is perfect for those who thrive off structure with your 1 hour class being the same time and day every week for 8 weeks.
What you’ll get out of this course:
– getting to try out a number of different aerial apparatuses
– body awareness and coordination
– make new friends in a shared hobby
– some cool new party tricks to show your friends!
Pre-requisities: None! This class is for total beginners and up, come as you are!
What to wear: Please wear something you feel comfortable to move in. Full-length leggings/ elastic hem joggers, t-shirt and socks are the ideal aerial outfits.
The Pole Coven is a trans owned studio and you’ll be learning from a range of instructors who have received specific training from owner Chlo (they/them) to assist trans individuals in their pole and aerial journey.
