Manchester Unleashed: Mixed Aerial Class

Our Mixed Aerial classes are a chance to learn all the different types of aerial equipment GFF has to offer. Each lesson you will choose which equipment you want to learn that week, Hoop, Rope, Straps, Silks and Hammock. Our amazing instructors will show you the basics moves, combos and tricks of your chosen equipment and help you learn to fly!
