Mind-Body Functional Training

A circuit based class helping you improve your functional fitness, motor skills and mind-body connection. Supporting you to feel and move better in and outside of the gym.

Please note these classes are for all abilities, adaptions are made and beginners are welcome. This class may include loud music or flashing/bright lighting equipment.
