We’ll be building flexibility across a few key areas:

Squats
Forward folds (touching your toes)
Shoulder flexibility (overhead/behind your back)
Long stance (i.e front splits)
Wide stance (I.e side splits)
Back bends

If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you!
