London Lift Club
A welcoming, strength-focused gym session for trans and gender diverse people to build confidence training upper body and meet other trans lifters.
Whether you’re new to lifting or already experienced, you’ll be able to train at your own pace. A coached Foundations group will be run for beginners or anyone wanting hands-on support with lifts like bench press, rows, and squats, while more experienced lifters can train in groups following the session’s structure.
Expect a relaxed, supportive environment focused on proper lifting – not HIIT or circuits – with space to learn, grow, socialise and just generally feel more at home in the gym.
Please wear comfortable training clothes and bring water. Looking forward to lifting with you!
