Misfits Unleashed: Swim Canterbury

Join us at King’s School Canterbury for our Misfits Unleashed swim!
The swim session starts at 8.45pm and offers a fun, affirming space for trans+ adults. Please arrive slightly early to be directed to changing rooms, you will be able to enter the pool at 8.45pm.

We’ve hired the pool exclusively for trans+ adults to swim, relax, and move their bodies in a welcoming, inclusive environment. The pool will be open for 45 minutes and will be for the sole use of our Misfits Unleashed crew — so come and take a dip!

What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear you feel comfortable in, a towel to dry off, and clean clothes to change into afterwards.

How much does it cost?
It’s completely free for trans+ adults.

Can I swim topless if I’m pre-top surgery?
Due to venue policy, pre-top surgery attendees cannot swim topless. However, wearing a t-shirt in the pool is absolutely fine if that helps you feel more comfortable.
