Misfits Yoga: Bristol

Join us for a soulful practice led by an experienced Indian yoga teacher, dedicated to honouring the roots of yoga. This 60-minute class will gently guide you through a sequence of pranayama (breath regulation), dhyana (meditation), asana (postures), with variations offered to meet every body and energy level – whether you wish to move with steadiness and strength, or rest in softness and ease. As we practice, ancient yoga philosophy and concepts will be woven into the practice, reminding us of yoga’s essence: unity, compassion, and resilience. We will close with grounding and deep rest in shavasana (stillness/’corpse pose’), allowing body, mind, and heart to integrate.
