Our Misfits Self Defence Classes are back! We're so excited to be offering weekly free Self Defence Classes in London, alongside our incredible instructor Fran. Come down to Solo60, Tower Bridge, where Fran will be teaching trans+ adults the basics of self-defence.
A structured weight strength training class incorporating mindfulness meditation to help you build strength over time, learn compound movement patterns and feel good in mind and body. Please note these classes are for all abilities, adaptions are made and beginners are welcome. This class may include loud music or flashing/bright lighting equipment.
Nikhita aims to guide all participants through a gentle but invigorating class that will stretch and activate the body, focusing on not only the physical elements but also adding a touch of yoga theory and philosophy to honour their Indian roots.
