Our Misfits Self Defence Classes are back! We're so excited to be offering this one-off Self Defence Classes in Brighton, alongside our incredible instructors Fran and Ky! Come down to the FMG Project, where we'll be taking over to teach trans+ adults the basics of self-defence.
A circuit based class helping you improve your functional fitness, motor skills and mind-body connection. Supporting you to feel and move better in and outside of the gym. Please note these classes are for all abilities, adaptions are made and beginners are welcome. This class may include loud music or flashing/bright lighting equipment.
Naia's classes focus on promoting a safe space for everyone to feel welcome and confident. Her goal has always been to challenge people with the fundamentals of technique whilst enjoying the fantasy and importance of movement. Whilst learning to reclaim what ballet means to her, she finds great joy in helping people do the same.
