We want you to love your Not A Phase merchandise, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchange

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return an Item

Email us at hello@notaphase.org with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out ASAP.
