Whilst learning to reclaim what ballet means to her, she finds great joy in helping people do the same.

Ride

Big playlists, amazing lighting and sound systems on par with a nightclub. This is the ultimate party on a
bike. A 45 minute full body workout on our stationery bikes that’ll get your legs and heart pumping. In
Rhythm Ride it’s all about sprints, endurance pushes and a dedicated weighted arms track. In Metrics
Ride, strength and performance come together and are tracked on your own metrics screen.

What to bring: comfortable workout clothes. We provide Ride cleats for free every time, allowing you to
clip into the bike pedals.

Rumble

This hard hitting session brings together boxing and strength work, for the ultimate cardio workout with
added burn. 45 minutes of sound and energy, it’s a boxing battle between you and your bag. Be ready to
learn the foundations of boxing, from your stance and form, to killer punching combos, all interspersed
with strength work on the infamous Rebel bench, complete with a full set of dumbbells.

What to bring: comfortable workout clothes and trainers. We will provide boxing gloves for free every
time, and hand wraps on your first visit (just make you remember to bring them to future sessions)
