1Rebel’s signature 45 minute workout; you’ll go into full on sweat mode as you continually switch
between the treadmill and the Rebel box, which comes complete with a full set of dumbbells. Expect
explosive cardio alongside strength building exercises, all perfectly timed to the music for the ultimate
motivation boost – beat drops will have never felt so good. Sprints, hills and endurance runs will make up
your treadmill time, with the speed always in your control. While bodyweight and dumbbell work will
keep you moving on the floor.

What to bring: comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Please note that there may be flashing lights and loud music as part of this class.
