Bodyweight Functional Strength and Conditioning Workshop: Margate

This session is all about helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in how your body moves. We’ll work through some of the basics (squats, lunges, pushes and pulls and rotations) and throw in some simple conditioning exercises for power, stamina, and overall physical resilience.
This is a bodyweight workshop, using gravity, your environment and yourself to learn to train in a way that is suited to you and your body, easily replicable at home, a gym or anywhere.
This class is suitable for all experience levels. You can train as hard or as soft as you like, come and move however feels good for you on the day. You’ll leave with practical skills, a better sense of how your body works, and a solid, sweaty (if you want) workout that feels genuinely empowering and grounding.
Wear clothes you can move in and bring some water, and everything else we’ll take step by step together.
