Learn to Lift Workshop: Margate

If you’re interested in learning how to lift, or improving your skills, or build confidence, then join Coach Talia at Learn to Lift in Margate!
These sessions focus on building solid fundamentals for both beginners and more experienced lifters.
You’ll get hands-on practice with common gym equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
You can expect a relaxed, supportive environment with space to explore at your own pace. We will spend the first half of the session learning the skills and then the second half putting that into practice. You’ll come away with practical experience, helpful tips, useful cues, and a clearer sense of how to build a solid foundation for weight lifting in the gym – so you can lift with confidence wherever you want to train.
Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing and clean shoes, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
