Misfits Circuits: Brighton

This fun and supportive circuit-based strength and conditioning class will guide you through a series of stations with a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, cardio machines and functional training equipment.
Each station will be demonstrated, with time to get comfortable practicing the movement before starting the main rounds, helping you build confidence using a variety of gym equipment. Adaptations and options are always available to suit all levels and how you’re feeling on the day!
This class will help build strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness in an inclusive friendly space.
