Mind-Body Move and Mobilise

A circuit based class helping to improve movement, mobility and mind-body connection.

Combining body weight and weight bearing exercises ranging in pace and difficulty to help you feel fitter and stronger, inside and out.

Please note, there will be a photographer who will be taking images as part of Brighton Trans Pride project.

Please note beginners are welcome and adaptations can be made. If you have any injuries we need to know about make this clear when you register. This class may include loud music or flashing/bright lighting equipment.
