Our main entrance is at the front of the building, and there is parking at the back of the gym in our car park (accessible via John St.), and on-road parking around the facility.
Our Hybrid Training class is a high-intensity, structured workout inspired by global fitness racing competitions, combining running intervals with functional exercises like ski erg, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and more. It’s beginner-friendly and fully scalable, so you can adjust weights, movements, or distances to suit your level. Whether you’re training for competition or just want a fun, challenging workout, this class fits all goals. Wear comfortable workout gear and clean trainers, bring a water bottle, and get ready to sweat—no prior experience needed… Oh, and if you have any issues with running, please don’t worry – we can switch it out for a different piece of cardio kit to suit you!
