Misfits Lift Club: Brighton

This strength-focused class is all about helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. We’ll be using barbells, free weights, and bodyweight exercises, to build muscle, develop power, and improve overall strength in a supportive, welcoming space.
There will be options for all levels of lifters and movers. We focus on safe technique, gradual progression, and meeting you where you’re at. You’ll learn how to use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells with confidence, while moving in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re completely new to lifting or have years of experience, you’re welcome here. Expect encouragement, options to suit your needs, and an environment where you can show up as yourself, lift at your own pace, and leave feeling stronger, physically and mentally.
