Misfits Lift Club: Glasgow

We aim to create a welcoming and supportive space where people can build strength, gain confidence, and learn new skills. Classes will focus on movement quality, lifting technique, and strength fundamentals, with elements of strongfolk, powerlifting, and general strength training.
Sessions are open to all experience levels, whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to improve your technique and get stronger. There will always be options to adapt movements to suit your needs and comfort level.
Our goal is to create a positive, judgement-free environment where people can learn, challenge themselves, and enjoy training together.
